Customer “cashes in” by Dec 31st 2009 (Submits receipts, Destination Dollar, Tally Sheet) Customer receives loyalty rebate by Feb 1st, 2010 From the Ground Up posts rebate on www.fromthegroundup.net website From the Ground Up remuneration based upon Service Agreement with business. Merchant may choose payment terms: Cash, Cheque, Debit, MC or Visa Merchant writes serial number on receipt Merchant keeps tally sheet to track future payment to FTGU
